Saturday January 21, 2012, escape Cabin Fever and celebrate with us on the
“Wurst Night of the Year” at the German-American Club of Albany, 32 Cherry
Street, Albany where we will be serving a hearty German Wurst Dinner Platter
and German Bier is always on tap. Live
music by Paul Slusser. Doors open at 4 PM .
Dinner served at 5 PM . Our Wurst platter will include one Bauernwurst
and one Bratwurst, Rye Bread, German Potato Salad, Sauerkraut, Potato Pancakes,
and Apple Sauce at $20 per person. All

Father’s Day, June 17, 2012, treat your Dad to an afternoon of honor at the
Schuetzenpark Biergarten on the grounds of the German-American Club of Albany,
32 Cherry Street, Albany. Schuetzenpark
is a large pine tree shaded grove and is the last outdoor Biergarten remaining
in the Capital District. This month we feature live music from the
Schwarzennegger Connection. The park opens at 1:00 PM. Entry is $3 per adult,
children under 12 are free! Tasty German food and drink are available for
purchase as well as domestic food and drink. Children’s activities include a
parade. In the event of rain, the event will be moved indoors in our large
